Melody is a Certified to Breed Grade Mare. She is now 14 years old and was part of the original study of the breed at the University of Kentucky. She shows a
great deal of Spanish blood with a gorgeous head, a 3 foot mane and a tail that drags the ground.

Melody is the dam of six foals that we know of- 3 fillies and 3 colts. Two of the fillies, Mountain Lyric and Kentucky Symphony, have done very well when shown.
Lyric was Reserve Grand Champion for her conformation and Symphony was Reserve Champion two-year-old.

Melody’s sire was a Rocky Mountain Horse and her dam was a Tennessee Walking horse. We believe that Melody was born in Kentucky on Sam Tuttle’s farm.
